BharatQuantX provides a technology-based algorithmic trading automation platform. Our services allow users to automate their own pre-defined trading strategies through their broker API. We are a software service provider only. We do not: • Provide investment advice or recommendations • Manage user funds or portfolios • Guarantee any trading profits or returns • Act as a SEBI registered investment advisor

To use BharatQuantX, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Hold a valid Demat and trading account with a SEBI registered broker • Have basic understanding of financial markets and algorithmic trading • Agree to all terms stated in this document

BharatQuantX does NOT provide: • Stock tips or recommendations • Buy/sell signals based on our opinion • Portfolio management services • Financial planning advice All algorithms on our platform are automation tools only.

As a user of BharatQuantX, you are solely responsible for: • Connecting your own broker account via API • Selecting which algorithms to deploy • Deciding the capital allocation for each strategy • Monitoring your trades and positions regularly • Complying with all applicable laws and broker terms

BharatQuantX operates on a monthly subscription at Rs 999/month. Payment Terms: • Subscription is charged monthly in advance • Payment processed securely via Razorpay • Subscription activates immediately upon successful payment Refund Policy: • All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable • No refunds for partial months or unused days • Exception: If our platform is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our technical issues, we will extend your subscription by equivalent days

BharatQuantX makes absolutely NO guarantee of: • Profits or positive returns • Accuracy or performance of any algorithm • Continuous or uninterrupted service • Results similar to any past performance shown Past performance does not guarantee future results.

BharatQuantX, its founders, employees, and partners shall NOT be liable for: • Any financial losses arising from use of our platform • Losses due to market volatility or adverse conditions • Technical failures, API outages, or broker execution errors Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last one month.

In accordance with SEBI's framework for algorithmic trading: • All algorithms on our platform are automation tools, not advisory services • We do not hold any SEBI Investment Advisor or Research Analyst license • Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with SEBI regulations

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mehsana, Gujarat, India. Contact: bharatquantx@gmail.com
