Terms of Service

BharatQuantX provides a technology-based market-analytics and observation platform. Our services scan markets and highlight instruments that match defined technical conditions across multiple timeframes, for your own research and education. We are an information and software-service provider only. We do NOT: • Provide investment advice or recommendations • Execute trades, place orders, or access your broker / Demat account • Manage user funds or portfolios • Guarantee any profits or returns • Act as a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst

To use BharatQuantX, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have a basic understanding of financial markets • Agree to all terms stated in this document Any trades you choose to make are placed by you, through your own broker, at your sole discretion.

BharatQuantX does NOT provide: • Stock tips or recommendations • Buy/sell signals based on our opinion • Portfolio management services • Financial planning advice All features on our platform are observation and analytics tools only.

As a user of BharatQuantX, you are solely responsible for: • Your own research and decisions • Any trades you place through your own broker • Deciding your own capital allocation and position sizing • Monitoring your trades and positions • Complying with all applicable laws and your broker's terms

BharatQuantX operates on a subscription plan at Rs 499/month, billed quarterly (Rs 1,497 per quarter). Payment Terms: • Subscription is charged in advance for the quarterly cycle • Payment processed securely via Razorpay • Access activates immediately upon successful payment Cancellation: • You may cancel anytime from your Subscription page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid cycle. Refunds: • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods • Service commitment: if the platform is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a technical fault on our side, we will extend your subscription by an equal number of days. We don't lock you in — if we fall short, you get the time back.

BharatQuantX makes absolutely NO guarantee of: • Profits or positive returns • Accuracy or future behaviour of any observation, score, or classification • Continuous or uninterrupted service • Results similar to any past observation or data shown Past behaviour does not guarantee future results.

BharatQuantX, its founder, employees, and partners shall NOT be liable for: • Any financial losses arising from use of our platform • Losses due to market volatility or adverse conditions • Losses arising from reliance on any observation, score, or classification • Technical failures, downtime, or data-provider / API outages Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last one billing cycle.

• All features on our platform are observation and analytics tools, not advisory services • We do NOT hold any SEBI Investment Advisor or Research Analyst license • We do NOT execute trades or manage funds • Users are responsible for ensuring their own use complies with SEBI regulations

Telegram and in-app notifications sent by BharatQuantX are: • Automated, informational alerts about instruments or your own tracked positions • NOT investment advice or trade recommendations • For informational purposes only

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mehsana, Gujarat, India. Contact: bharatquantx@gmail.com
